Rosela Gjylbegu is a singer Albanian. During her Childhood, she joined in Qendra Kulturore e Femijeve with the help of her teacher. In 1999, she has been awarded the second prize in a trio titled Te Europes jemi ne together with Jetmir Barbullushi,a Composer.
