Hong Kong haute couture designer Barney Cheng returns to the HKTDC spotlight, 18 years after he won the Hong Kong Trade Development Council HKTDCYoung Designer's Competition. Barney Cheng will be one of the top designers to feature at the 2011 Fashion Extravaganza, 17 January, as part of World Boutique Hong Kong.
